1837 Cobblestone Cottage
We want to assure you that in times of uncertainty surrounding travel, your safety and wellbeing remains our highest priority. We understand that you may be questioning your travel and status of businesses given the rapidly changing information on the coronavirus (COVID-19), along with certain travel restrictions and information about public events. We have made the decision to temporarily close 1837 Cobblestone Cottage, with a cautiously optimistic date to resume operations set for the end of September to welcome another wonderful fall season in the Finger Lakes. We are closing the B&B out of an abundance of caution. We apologize if this causes you any inconvenience and thank you in advance for your understanding. Please know we are monitoring the situation closely, keeping those who are affected in our hearts and are listening carefully to the questions and concerns of our guests. We look forward to seeing you in September and know our high standards of service will remain above and beyond what you have come to expect from your Cobblestone Cottage experience. Thank you for your support, loyalty and understanding durning this time. Joe and I look forward to the pleasure of serving you soon.
Until we meet again, please stay safe.
~Joe and Kathy
In 2012, while traveling, Kathy and Joe thought about the future and came across an ad for a B&B for sale in Canandaigua, looked at each other and simultaneously said, “Why don’t we operate a B&B!” Kathy’s dream was to always live in Canandaigua, so the process began, and within 2 months they found the perfect location. The home was a newly converted B&B when we purchased it, so we could start with guests and slowly transform it into the B&B we had envisioned. With only three guest rooms, we provide privacy, comfort and highly personalized service.
Indulge in a creative gourmet breakfast, served on our farmhouse table. Our uniquely inspired breakfasts are the perfect way to begin your day in the Finger Lakes.
