The 1837 Cobblestone Cottage is a relaxing Bed & Breakfast in the perfect location.
Explore the Finger Lakes from an inn on three-and-a-half acres at the north end of Canandaigua Lake. Wide and welcoming steps lead to the front door and a relaxing porch, perfect for a quiet afternoon of cool breezes and fresh baked cookies. Sprawl out on a king-size bed and freshen up in a private bathroom in any of the three guest rooms. The Honeymoon Cottage and Isaac Parrish Suites are romantic retreats with fireplaces and whirlpool tubs. The Attic Suite is a bright and large room tucked under the eaves with a sitting area and space for a third guest. Mornings bring a breakfast of tasty creations including raspberry chocolate coffee cake, Italian egg sandwiches, and pecan-praline candied bacon. Originally part of a gentleman’s farm, the inn is rich with history and houses a horsehair plaster room in the attic that hid those traveling along the Underground Railroad.
Built in 1837 as a gentleman’s farm with 256 acres, the present day Cobblestone rests on 3-1/2 acres of private grounds with a large pond, garden pond, cobblestone porch, decks for year round enjoyment. The Inn is located just one mile from Historic Canandaigua and has been recently restored to its original cobblestone cottage style. The Inn is bright and cheery, pleasantly simple and fun. Cobblestone Cottage Bed & Breakfast is on the “Underground Railroad” trail and there is an authentic hidden horsehair plaster room hidden in the attic behind the original chimneys.

Hi Kathy and Joe
It’s been a few days since we stayed with you and I am still dreaming of that wonderful gourmet breakfast and the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in in all my travels. Thanks for your warm hospitality. Hope you have a great season
I stayed at 1837 Cobblestone Cottage and I can honestly say I have never stayed at a better B&B. This place was just wonderful all the way around. I found out that Kathy and Joe just recently became the new owners of the place. Well let me tell you that they went above and beyond. The place is just in excellent shape. A great downhome feel to the place. It is well maintained. Also the breakfast spreads were just out of this world amazing. I will definitely be recommending this great location to all. Thank you for a great relaxing weekend.
Hi Kathy – David and I had a great time this past weekend at the B&B. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! The house is beautiful, the rooms are more than comfortable and the breakfast was great. We couldn’t have asked for a better weekend or a better innkeeper. We look forward to coming back, hopefully soon! Thank you for everything, Kaitlyn and David
